International Humanities Award Reception with Alison Bechdel
Join a reception with renowned cartoonist Alison Bechdel, recipient of the 2022 International Humanities Prize awarded by the Center for Humanities in Arts & Sciences to honor the work of a noted scholar, writer, or artist who has made significant contributions to the world of arts and letters. Known for the graphic memoir Fun Home (2006), Bechdel’s work explores queer identity and family relationships. The reception will feature a pop-up display of work by local cartoonists and illustrators.
