Room Reservations
To utilize a Sam Fox School classroom or critique space, you must use the Reserve-a-Space system, which will allow you to book a space at the desired date and time for a meeting, event, or academic use.

Sam Fox School Event Spaces
The following spaces in the Sam Fox School are available to reserve for events. If you reserve one of these spaces, you are responsible for:
- Hiring a trained A/V technician (if A/V is needed)
- Scheduling a post clean of the space after an event
Kuehner Court
Kuehner Court has a capacity of 128 people and furniture seating for about 40 people. Those reserving the Court are responsible for hiring a trained A/V technician (if A/V is needed) and scheduling a post clean of the Court after an event. Sam Fox School students, faculty, and staff can reserve the Court for no rental fee. Parties not affiliated with the Sam Fox School can view rental fees and more information in the Sam Fox School Reservation Policies. If you are interested in reserving the Court please review the Sam Fox School Reservation Policies, fill out the Kuehner Court Request Form, and submit it to samfox_events@email.wustl.edu and cc Charis Norell.
Steinberg Auditorium
Steinberg Auditorium has a capacity of 298 people and 2 high-definition projectors for presentations. Those reserving the Auditorium are responsible for hiring a trained A/V technician (if A/V is needed) and scheduling a post clean of the Auditorium after an event. Sam Fox School students, faculty, and staff can reserve the Auditorium for no rental fee.
