Jeff Robinson
Jeff Robinson is an artist, fabricator, and curator based in St. Louis, MO. He holds an MFA from Illinois State University. His artwork has been published in New American Paintings, and his curatorial and studio practices have been featured on Daily Serving, in NewCity Magazine (Chicago), Sixty Inches from Center (Chicago), FLOORR Magazine (London) and in the Riverfront Times (St. Louis), among others. Robinson is a recipient of the Illinois Arts Council Fellowship Award in Visual-Based Arts (2020). He was a curatorial resident for HATCH Projects at Chicago Artists Coalition (2018-2019) and has worked as artist-in-residence at Ragdale (2017) and ACRE (2017).
Robinson currently serves as Gallery Director for the Sam Fox School of Design and Visual Arts at WashU. Previously, he worked as Exhibitions Production Manager at Hyde Park Art Center in Chicago (2021-2025), as Instructor of Art and as Director of the UIS Visual Arts Gallery at the University of Illinois Springfield (2012-2021), and as co-director (and co-founder) of DEMO Project (2013-2018).
