Amy Andersson

Amy Andersson joined the Kemper Art Museum as Registrar of Collections in November 2025. She has over a decade of experience in museum registration, managing exhibitions, loans, and collections stewardship. Most recently, Andersson held the position of Registrar for Exhibitions at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco. Previous roles include the San Diego Museum of Art and the Cleveland Museum of Art. She has managed over 50 exhibitions, including large-scale projects with up to 900 works. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in East Asian Studies from UCLA, and a second master’s degree in Art and Museum Studies from Georgetown University.
