Jiwoo Kim

Jiwoo Kim is an interdisciplinary artist who works with materials that carry cultural histories and explores how they continue in contemporary narratives. When materials come together in a shared space, they create distinct traces of cooperation, tension, or disagreement. Experiences across cultures and disciplines inform her work, and she is interested in a curatorial approach to art that considers how meaning develops beyond the artist. Jiwoo earned a BA in English and Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2025.
