Lea Litvin honored with AIA Philadelphia award

Lea Litvin, AB ’09, received AIA Philadelphia’s Young Architect Award this month. The award honors registered architects aged 25-39 for their contributions, leadership, practice, and service. Litvin is the co-founder of Lo Design, which has built projects ranging from luxury residential units to community-driven nonprofit spaces. Litvin was previously an architect and design project manager at Philadelphia nonprofit HopePHL, leading $20 million publicly funded projects in affordable housing, commercial corridor development, and public-space improvements. She serves on the board of Community Design Collaborative and is a lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania.
