Why are there no basketball courts in Forest Park?

Senior lecturers John Early and Becca Leffell Koren, along with lecturer Noah Cohan (Arts & Sciences), recently published an artist’s book addressing questions of spatial equity and racial justice in relation to the absence of basketball courts in Forest Park. The book, which advocates for the construction of courts, has been distributed to St. Louis City officials and other civic leaders.
