Jennifer Ingram
Jennifer Ingram earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in fashion design from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master of Science in apparel, merchandising, and design from Iowa State University. Her research interests include sustainability and social responsibility in small apparel firms, designing for niche markets and textile/apparel prototype development. Ingram has worked in the apparel industry in the areas of design, product development, textile design, technical design, sample-making, tailoring and alterations, merchandising, management, and consulting. She joined the WashU fashion design faculty in 2011 and teaches Introduction to Fashion Design, Textile Design, Patternmaking and Production, Patternmaking Lab, Three-Dimensional Fashion Design, Capstone 1, and Capstone 2.
