Word/Image: A Reading + Conversation
Jeff Pike, professor in the Sam Fox School, and Jen Logan Meyer, assistant director of career development-art in the Sam Fox School and lecturer in the College Writing Program in Arts & Sciences, will have a public dialogue about their processes, practices, and conversations that led to Pike’s illustrations featured in the Sam Fox School Design Faculty Exhibition, Part 1. Meyer will read a selection of the stories, followed by a conversation about Pike’s approach to his illustrative response to each narrative. A Q&A will follow.
The event is free and open to the public. The show will be on view October 23-November 20, 2021, at the Des Lee Gallery.
