My generation has compulsively recorded videos and photos since we began using smartphones, accumulating thousands of digital memories over the years. Light Rumination seeks to pull these memories from their isolated digital spaces, creating room for deeper reflection. It encourages us to question: What role do these videos and photos play in our lives? Why do we record? And how have these videos shaped our perception of the world around us?
